How lucky for this girl to be in sunny California! She now lives with Birgitte Simonian, aka Bianca’s mom. Thank you, ladies, for taking such good care of my girl! What a lovely perch she sits on.

This morning, I received via WhatsApp this photo of Mr. Mohammed Al-Fraih in his office. It took me a few seconds to understand why I got this picture and then I saw my painting. I hold a very special connection with people who acquire my work, and today, Mr. Fraih has moved into a little room […]

I visited Noor Alzabin’s elegant home this morning to take some photos of her new acquisition, my painting ‘Girl Not Alone’. I think, however, I ended up taking more photos of Noor, Lali and their excitable doggy Balthazar!

Another lovely surprise in my mailbox, this time from Laila Al-Hamad, who says, ‘The girls are keeping me company in my office, such a treat!’ I’m sure they love spending their time with you too, Laila. Thanks for the photo!

What a journey. About a month or two ago, my high school Spanish teacher, Mr. Duckett, e-mailed me. He liked my painting, Drum, and was interested in buying it. Of course I mentally jumped up and down with joy because it’s always great to find a home for my girls. I immediately, however, crashed because […]

I think that where a person chooses to hang a painting says a lot about her relationship with it. It also serves as a continuation to the work itself. Sarah has placed her lady at one end of a cabinet, with a simple lamp at the other. Before I saw this, I never felt that […]
