Another trip come and gone. I must go back soon. I must. I need to.
{day one}
I arrive Friday, February 5. Later that night I visit the V&A with my new friend Mark. I fall in love with this painting in the China room.
{day two}
On Saturday Peter and I spend the afternoon frolicking around Central London. Peter poses with his new friend at Fortnum & Mason.
We head Eastward for lunch. I teach him how to do a proper selfie (from the top, Peter, not the bottom).
I want to get one of these bikes for baby K!
Peter’s cauliflower looks delicious, and I don’t like cauliflower.
Peter drops me off at South Kensington station where we are met by the biggest deluge of New Zealanders I’ve ever seen in a place that isn’t New Zealand. There were sheep, wizards, hobbits and much more.
Later on it’s drinks and appetizers at Spuntino’s with Anna. I miss these keys!
Dinner at Matt & Sarah’s. Here, Sarah’s yummy spinach quiche. We forget to take a selfie yet manage to enjoy dinner anyway.
{day three}

On the train to Leatherhead
I drink green tea from a mug Nelli painted for me my last trip there.
I meet the latest addition to my brother’s family: this little cat whose name I just can’t remember.
Later on at lunch I fall in love with this glass. It’s a wine glass but I insist on drinking water from it.
I get back to London to find this one waiting for me. I’m so happy to see Jana, who has just flown in from Kuwait. Inside her belly is my nephew.
Jana can’t wait to have a Pret chicken avocado sandwich.
Madness indeed.
