UK days } part III

september 14 } we’ve been rising nice and early. this morning i ask yasmine to pose with the tap. anna’s window has proved quite handy. it doesn’t hurt that this quaint alleyway is just outside, never mind the colorful walker-throughs at night…
It looks like we did a lot, but we didn’t.

i take my sister to the dennis severs house on folgate street. to go the first time was a dream come true. second time round was simply a dream. of course i hope to go again

back home. we have really taken to anna’s place. it’s going to be so hard to give it back. we may not

september 15 } yasmine and i get a mani-pedi at a very seedy nail salon called lily’s nails. they sort of do the job. best thing about this place is the massage chairs which give a new meaning to ‘deep tissue massage’

i get a message from an IG friend informing me that his eves have arrived. he lives in ‘rural america’ with his three eves. i love what he did here. if you’re on instagram and would like to check his account, it’s 48_stars

september 16 } yasmine and i head to covent garden to meet with david dobson. it turns out to be a bit of a mouse and cat chase hunt, and in the rain no less

he’s with helmy (from cac) and his wife victoria. i didn’t really know helmy in school but was friends with his sister when i attended AUC

yasmine, victoria, helmy, an excited umbrella, me and david in the pouring rain. yasmine and i are so pooped after this. we go home, order a netflix movie and munch on a week’s worth of pret sandwiches and salads

after the salon we go back home to pick up the tap and take her with us to green and stone’s to test a bag i saw earlier and feel is perfect for her. the tube is empty so we seize the opportunity

on the 345 heading to south ken to take the piccadilly to leicester square to catch the northern to kennington. i’m sure there’s a less circuitous route home
