i brought along eve, who sat gracefully on the cushiony editions of mai’s book
like goldilocks, she tried the hard books and the soft ones, but loved these best
meanwhile, this eve explored the walls within mai’s cherished world
like me, mai takes her silliness quite seriously
mai’s home feels like paris
among her beloved books. i had a wonderful time this morning. there is nothing more enriching than a solid catch-up session with a good friend
