stories of eves } fatima & eve } part two

This is part two of Eve’s adventures with my friend (and her friend now) Fatima Fayez. When Fatima sent me these, she included her own narrative. I loved reading Eve’s days unfold via Fatima’s Whatsapp messages! So I’m going to post them here along with the photos she took.

oh you sinner, eve. my words, not fatima’s. i think it’s ok for me decry my girls for their social immorality

eve finally catches the train and makes it to lymington pier for the ferry (initially this eve was rejected by fatima because of the cat bite marks on her face. to me, they’re what make her special)

she buys a ticket and hops on the ferry. she waits and waits, eager to arrive at the isle of wight. what will she do and what will she see?

she thinks long and hard during the trip. then it hits her. she has to do something worth having taken the ferry there for

where she finds ‘the needles’. there used to be four of these chalk stacks, but ironically it was the one that got destroyed in a storm in 1764 which resembled a needle

she visits the cathedral, which houses one of four remaining copies of the magna carta. she feels so lucky to be so close. but alas she’s in a hurry
The next day, Eve would travel back to London. That will be third and final part of Eve’s UK adventure with Fatima.
