today my very first christmas tree ever

is this it? although i am averse to fake plants, i preferred my first ever tree to be plastic. one day when i become a pro christmas tree decorator, i will decorate a real tree. and preferably this tree will be outdoors rooted safely to the earth

early this morning we FINALLY began decorating for real. oh and ikea sucks for having the shortest twinkle light cords ever. i only bought one so there are currently tent little lights on the tree

khaled’s friend bader made this ornament. it’s the symbol of the illuminati because it’s his ‘go to’ thing to draw whenever someone asks him to. nothing wrong with a little yuletide controversy

lali’s chair. i made this chair for noor’s little boy about a year ago. i need to affix a new head onto eve. we won’t talk about how this little accident happened. in any rate, the chair has snuck its way into our christmas corner

like here. i decided to move this angel over to this wall. it looks so much better in its new location

i love this key. i found it while walking to my car with my dear friend david dobson. He was visiting for a few days and this key reminds me of those days. good times!

i bought this angel in germany seven years ago. i love everything about her. i added the rose stem to her left hand. the dried up stem is from a white rose once given to me by a very special person

and finally (just for today, i can see myself adding to this tree until i take it down) this card and ribbon from a gift i got last christmas
