    • Dear Solidgold, thank you! These postcards are to me a representation of both young and old history. It’s my way of connecting with a past that I’ve created through these works. I’ve always loved the way public walls look with layer upon layer of theater, concert and campaign posters. It’s like looking at the layers of the earth and deciphering from their clues what went on in those days.

  1. I like that phrase “young and old history” and relate to your pleasure in it. It was what I particularly loved when I visited Rome, the medieval buildings built on and around the ancient buildings, and the new buildings built on and around the medieval ones. No preciousness or boundaries.
