I am, for real and true, near-sighted in one eye and far-sighted in the other, a pretty rare condition according to my eye doctor. It makes buying eyeglasses very expensive but it also means I get to see the world in a weird and wonderful and skewed and dreamlike way.
have you tried two monocles?
